Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Campaign Launch

You may cancel your service at any time before the campaign launch (before we send the first outreach emails) and receive a full refund, minus any applicable payment processing fees.

After Campaign Launch

Once your investor outreach campaign has been launched (after the first outreach emails have been sent), the following cancellation policy applies:

• Within 48 hours of campaign launch: 70% refund
• Between 3-7 days of campaign launch: 50% refund
• After 7 days of campaign launch: No refund

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Service cancellation as per the above cancellation policy
• Technical issues preventing campaign delivery (full refund)
• Service not delivered as described (full or partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis)
• Duplicate payment or processing errors (full refund)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the campaign has been running for more than 7 days
• Dissatisfaction with investor response rates (as we cannot guarantee investment outcomes)
• Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by you that impacts campaign effectiveness
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions

3. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at support@reachyourvc.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• Campaign ID or reference number
• Date of payment
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• International payments: 7-14 business days

5. Modifications to Campaigns

Instead of cancellation, you may choose to modify your campaign (e.g., changing target investors, adjusting messaging). Such modifications may be accommodated free of charge within reason, subject to the stage of your campaign.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or significant system outages), we reserve the right to modify our refund policy. In such cases, we will work with affected customers to find a reasonable solution.
