1. Service Description

ReachYourVC provides VC outreach campaign services designed to connect startups with potential investors. Our services include investor matching, email campaign management, and response tracking using the email credentials you provide.

2. User Accounts

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your startup
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate SMTP credentials for outreach purposes
• Not misrepresent your startup or its offerings to potential investors

4. Email Campaigns and SMTP Access

By providing your SMTP credentials, you authorize ReachYourVC to send emails on your behalf to potential investors. We will only use these credentials for the purpose of your investor outreach campaign and will delete them after campaign completion.

You acknowledge that:

• All emails will be clearly identified as coming from you
• Content of emails will be based on the information you provide
• You are ultimately responsible for the content sent from your email account
• We recommend changing your password after campaign completion

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment for our services is required upfront. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation/Refund Policy. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ReachYourVC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ReachYourVC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReachYourVC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or investment results from using our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachYourVC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
